“As the World Trade Center, Washington DC our Winternational event offers a one of a kind experience where participants can travel the world—and mingle with Ambassadors and diplomats to learn about different cultures and traditions. These types of events further support our mission of bringing together and engaging the international and DC community,” said John P. Drew, President and CEO of Trade Center Management Associates, the group that manages the RRB/ITC.

The participating embassies included Afghanistan, African Union Mission, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Botswana, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Egypt, European Union Delegation, Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Indonesia, Kenya, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Mozambique, Nepal, Oman, Panama, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts & Nevis, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Uruguay and Uzbekistan.

Each embassy promoted their country through vibrant displays of cultural significance, including art, handmade crafts, food, teas and coffees.
