“Insolites Seychelles” – a new book about the islands

Veronique Dupont of France has written her own book geared to the tourists visiting the islands of the Seychelles. The first edition of the 76-page book by Blue Lagoon Publishing is published in French with an English version expected to be launched in 2017. It is composed of various thematic pages about essential things to discover in Seychelles (history, culture, crafts, fauna, and flora), photos, maps, track games, and children pages. The preface is from the renowned and respected Seychellois artist Léon Radegonde.

Veronique Dupont, the author of “Insolites Seychelles,” last week called on Minister Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine, to present the Minister a copy of her book and to explain the raison d’être behind the book which she believes will be an asset for the Seychelles Tourism industry.

The official launching of the book “Insolites Seychelles” will be held on Monday, December 12, at Eden Island.
