Abu Dhabi promoting India travel, tourism and books

Abu Dhabi is not only promoting travel and tourism from India, but its tourism industry is also engaged in promoting the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair scheduled to be held from April 26 to May 2, 2017.

As part of this exercise, a high-level team from the Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA) Abu Dhabi was in New Delhi, India, to take part in the New Delhi World Book Fair held from January 7 to 17.

The team was led by Abdullah Majid Al Ali, Director of Library Management at the TCA Abu Dhabi.

He met senior officials and discussed collaboration and participation issues.

Last year, the Abu Dhabi fair attracted 1,261 participants from 63 countries, and over 500,000 titles were displayed in 30 languages.
