Airlines Reporting Corporation names new VP and Chief Information Services Officer

Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), the premier driver of intelligence and commerce in the air travel industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dickie Oliver as the company’s vice president and chief information services officer.

As a member of ARC’s executive team, Oliver will be responsible for collaboratively defining the information technology, product development and cybersecurity vision for the company and leading the enterprise information technology strategy that will accelerate and expand ARC’s settlement and data product deliveries. Oliver, who begins his tenure today, came to ARC from Restaurant Supply Chains Solutions, A YUM! Brands Co-op.

Oliver began his career at DuPont / Westinghouse Savannah River Company as a senior systems analyst. He then moved to PowerCerv Corporation as its consultant and project leader. Oliver spent the majority of his career at YUM! Brands, one of the world’s largest restaurant companies, which owns over 40,000 restaurants and generates profits of more than $13 billion. For 20 years, he worked in various capacities including vice president of global information technology, vice president of shared services and vice president of infrastructure.

Oliver holds a bachelor’s of business administration in management and finance as well as a minor in computer science from Eastern Kentucky University. He is also member of the Dartmouth Tuck Business School CIO Executive Council.
