Arend Hardorff appointed Dean and Member of the Board of Directors Hotelschool The Hague

The Board of Trustees of Hotelschool The Hague is pleased to announce that, effective from 14 August 2018, Arend Hardorff is appointed Dean and Member of the Board of Directors. In his position as Dean, he will be responsible for education and research.

Wolfgang M. Neumann, Chairman Board of Trustees: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Arend to Hotelschool The Hague. Based on his passion for education and in-depth knowledge, we are confident that Arend will further solidify the academic excellence our school is renowned for.”

Arend Hardorff is currently Director/Dean of the Academy for Leisure at NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore, he is a member of different supervisory boards. Arend studied Leisure Studies at Tilburg University, complemented by various management programs.

Arend Hardorff: “I am really looking forward to working with the staff and students of Hotelschool The Hague to further build on the impressive reputation of this school, both in the international hospitality industry, as well as in the education sector.”

By preparing the next generation of hospitable leaders, Hotelschool The Hague is looking forward to creating hospitable futures. Together with Regine von Stieglitz, President Board of Directors, Arend Hardorff will lead Hotelschool The Hague to the next era.
