With the new recruitment plan, a great opportunity will be given to many young graduates and to people with consolidated experiences, continuing the generational turnover already started in all the group’s operating companies.

Alongside the recruitments planned for 2019, the FS Italiane Group continues collaborations and partnerships with some of the most prestigious Italian universities with the aim of encouraging the approach to the working world of thousands of new graduates, largely in engineering disciplines, and discovering talents that they can grow and develop their skills.

“We have ambitious plans for the future of FS and our employees, because people are the real strength of companies. An important generational turnover process has already been launched, which will be consolidated in the year just begun with over 4,000 recruitments of which 450 for Anas, [are] all from the Italian market,” said the CEO.

The recruitment shall interest all the operational and strategic sectors of the company but also maintainers of trains and infrastructures on the railway and road, new drivers in the sectors of logistics and goods, and the recruitment foreseen to increase assistance to the people who every day choose the train for their travel.
