Jamaica Ministry of Tourism’s Linkages Network to launch “Carnival in JAMAICA” marketing initiative

Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism, Hon. The occasion was a meeting held at the Spanish Court Hotel recently to discuss a partnership between various ministries such as the Ministries of Tourism, Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, and National Security to improve the carnival experience to make it more marketable to visitors and locals alike.

The Tourism Linkages Network will officially share the details of this multi-ministerial initiative at an upcoming launch in March. The move forms part of efforts to enhance and package various local entertainment offerings including activities during the Emancipation and Independence holiday period.
