New Chief Marketing Officer for Diamond Resorts

Diamond Resorts announced today that Jeffrey Solomon has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer to oversee global growth initiatives.

Solomon has extensive experience leading marketing and operational teams to success at premiere hotel and gaming properties. He most recently held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Affinity Gaming, Inc., where he helped drive operations at 11 casinos in seven markets and delivered double-digit property level EBITDA growth. Under his leadership, the company also set an all-time EBITDA record and increased guest service scores and labor efficiency.

Prior to that role, Solomon held various positions within Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., including serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy/Regional CMO and Vice President & General Manager of Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. Solomon holds a MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in history from Dartmouth College.
