In Germany, the pilots union issued a statement their strike against Star Alliance member Deutsche Lufthansa AG will impact short-haul flights Tuesday, and all flights Wednesday (long, medium and short haul). The union mafia says Lufthansa failed to again negotiate an acceptable deal to end the strike.
