Strong 6.6 quake strikes Alaska

A 6.6 magnitude earthquake struck the Andreanof Islands and Aleutian Islands in Alaska today, August 15, 2018, at 21:56:57 UTC.

According to a bulletin from the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, no Pacific-wide tsunami was expected.

There has been no report of damages or injuries.
