Thank you Elvis

Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles former Minister responsible for Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine was invited to write the forward to the book written by Congo (DRC)’s former Minister Elvis Mutiri wa Bashara, and published by European Universities Editions (EUE) of Germany and said in the Congo (DRC) that he appreciated so much this gesture by a friend.

Elvis Mutiri and Alain St.Ange are known to have been close friends ever since they both held the Office of Minister representing the Congo (DRC) and the Seychelles.

Minister Elvis Mutiri wa Bashara’s tourism book ” RDC: Investment Opportunities in tourism” invited Alain St.Ange to write the forward to his book and he proudly said so on the book’s cover itself.
