US car rental company streamlines rental process: No lines, no trip to the counter

Fox Rent A Car in the US launched FOXpress, a counter bypass services at its flagship location in Los Angeles to be able to observe user feedback and needs, ensuring the process was aligned to consumers and well-received. The company just announced the expansion of its FOXpress app services to San Diego and San Jose in California.

FOXpress is a consumer-facing application that allows consumers making reservations at any of Fox’s 20 corporate locations to reserve, change, expand, or cancel their reservation on their mobile device. This will allow registered users of the app to bypass the counter, skip lines and streamline the rental process.

With the launch phase successfully completed, Fox is expanding the services to other West Coast locations to further service to some of their busiest locations, serving both business and government clientele.
