Delta Air Lines Names New Board Members

Mr. Chiang is currently serving as the CEO and Chair of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. Ms. Black is CEO and President of Automatic Data Processing, Inc.

The Board of Directors normally meets every quarter in addition to special meetings as needed and is also made up of committees which meet at other times throughout the year. The Board is governed by corporate principles relative to functions, operations, and structure.

Ms. Black holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and international affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Mr. Chiang holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
