Multiple people are believed to have been injured in explosion at Old World Village’s Oktoberfest complex in Huntington Beach, California.
Ambulances and firefighters rushed to the scene, and while the emergency personnel tended to the injured, hundreds of others attending an Oktoberfest event evacuated the area. Power appeared to have been shut off to the complex.
Several witnesses said there were at least three explosions.
Initial reports suggested the blast could have been caused by a transformer malfunction, but this has yet to be confirmed by the authorities.
