Minister Bartlett will officially launch the 16th Annual Reggae Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K, one of the most important events on Jamaica’s international sporting calendar.
The Race will be held in Negril on Saturday, December 3, 2016.
Runners and walkers from over 35 different countries, many of whom are repeat participants, are expected to participate in this year’s event.
The Reggae Marathon is sponsored by the Jamaica Tourist Board, the Negril Chapter of the Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association and other stakeholders.
