Seychelles Tourism Board Office in Dubai brings its #ExperienceSeychelles campaign to the Universal American School

Following the launch of the #ExperienceSeychelles campaign in the GCC countries, the Seychelles Tourism Board office in Dubai participated in the Universal American School’s International Day.

The event was held on March 3, 2018 and gathered an estimated crowd of over 500 people, both students and parents alike.

STB’s participation was to further promote and position Seychelles as the next holiday destination for families as they head out for the spring break and other upcoming holidays.

Attendees who stopped by the Seychelles’ booth also took part in the #ExperienceSeychelles challenge, where they had to upload photos of themselves taken at the booth on their social media accounts, accompanied by the #ExperienceSeychelles hashtag. In exchange, they got to go home with a Seychelles branded giveaway item.

The Manager of the Seychelles Tourism Board office in Dubai, Ahmed Fathallah, said: “Since we are aiming to sustain the brand presence, this is a great opportunity for us to boost awareness of the destination among the families, who are both existing and potential clients. The majority of the families who came by our booth have positively expressed their interest in the destination and plans to travel to Seychelles.”

Mr. Fathallah said the Dubai office is planning to include more of such events among its many other promotional plans lined up for the GCC region.
