Pakistan International Airline grows Middle East routes

Pakistan International Airlines, commonly known as PIA, is growing its Middle East routes. PIA is the national flag carrier of Pakistan.

Starting in March and April of this year, the airline is increasing its Boeing 737-800 routes to the Middle East and is planning on new 737-800 service for its Karachi-Dammam route to twice weekly onboard an A320. Then on April 1, it’s Multan-Madinah route will increase from one to two flights using a 737-800 rather than an A320.

PIA also filed for 737-800 service for its Karachi-Abu Dhabi route via an A320.

On its Lahore–Bahrain–Doha–Lahore triangle routing, PIA is adjusting service from 1 to 2 weekly flights onboard an Airbus A320 starting March 28 with flights operating in opposite directions: Lahore-Doha-Bahrain-Lahore, Lahore-Bahrain-Doha-Lahore.
